Our Trust Department was created to give seniors the opportunity to purchase their “trust package” without going to a “trust mill”.  Trust mills bring seniors in with the promise of a new or revised trust but then pressure seniors into buying inappropriate investment products, or have seniors transfer investments to generate fees for themselves. 

Elder Law & Advocacy will never sell you an investment product.  Our Trust Department attorneys will meet with you and you will receive an estimate for services.  After Elder Law & Advocacy’s trust attorneys are paid for their services, the rest is used to support the agency’s free services, so we thank you for choosing Elder Law & Advocacy to prepare your trust documents.
